Kellanova is seeking a Field Sales Data Analyst on a fixed-term contract (4 months) to support the Field Sales team across retail and AFH channels. You will coordinate activities, analyse sales data, and report on performance to drive actionable insights and improve commercial results.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR, manage sales systems and data quality, and partner with Account Managers and Area Managers to optimise promotions, stock, and route planning.

Formación

• University degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination or related roles, ideally FMCG/retail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily Field Sales operations, enabling cross‑functional communication and smooth field activities.
• Analyze large volumes of sales data to produce actionable insights, business reviews, and stakeholder reports.
• Maintain and manage sales systems, databases, promotions, routes, and store information; serve as the primary contact for sales tools.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to assess promotions, stock availability, and category targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through ad‑hoc analyses, incentive tracking, IT adoption support, and sharing best practices.
