Job summary

Manpower España is seeking a Field Sales Coordinator & Data Analyst in Madrid for a 4-month contract. You will support Retail and AFH Field Sales teams with data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, driving sales performance and operational excellence.

You will coordinate activities, analyze large datasets, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership, while working with CRM systems and sales tools to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination or sales support, FMCG/retail preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities across Sales, Marketing, Accounts and other departments.
• Analyze large volumes of sales data from store visits, promos, displays; turn information into reports and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare sales performance reports and business reviews for stakeholders.
• Manage sales databases; ensure accuracy of promotional plans, assortments, stores, and serve as the key contact for sales tools.
• Partner with Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Reps to evaluate store execution and promotions.
• Support category management objectives and coordinate promotional activities, including POS materials and stock management.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Champion sales technologies within Field Sales and collaborate with HR on incentives.
