APM Terminals is seeking a Project HSSE Supervisor for the Port of Barcelona’s Muelle Sur Container Terminal. You will provide field HSSE support across construction interfaces, ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible execution of activities within a complex terminal environment.

Formación

• Must hold Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) accreditation under Spanish law.
• Proven field safety supervision experience in construction or port infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention framework (Ley 31/1995, RD 1627/1997).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible field presence on site with daily inspections and HSSE compliance checks.
• Monitor high-risk construction activities (excavations, drilling, dredging, lifting, equipment assembly).
• Review safety docs: Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses, Permit to Work.
• Support HSSE controls and standards across all construction phases.
• Identify improvements, propose actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and environmental monitoring.
