Turner & Townsend in Barcelona is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety and environmental management on major Data Center construction projects.

You will drive safety plans, lead client meetings, coordinate with trades and consultants, and ensure compliance with local codes and the Safety Programme.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in EHS leadership on large projects, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and ability to visualize issues and convey them clearly.
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership abilities for guiding multiple teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure awareness among project managers regarding Safety and EHS requirements.
• Lead safety meetings with client and trades on site-based projects.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the EHS plan for construction projects.
• Oversee contractor safety plans and assess high-risk activities.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and safety improvements.
• Provide safety guidance and ensure compliance with local codes and Turner & Townsend Safety Programme.
