This role requires a field-based presence, maintaining on-site supervision to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction or civil engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Formación

• 3–5 years of field safety supervision experience in construction, port infrastructure, or large civil engineering environments.
• Deep understanding of Spanish Regulatory Framework regarding safety.
• Experience coordinating with multiple contractors in high-risk environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain on-site supervision to verify compliance with HSSE rules.
• Lead daily walkthroughs, identifying unsafe conditions.
• Oversee high-risk activities including electrical and drilling operations.
• Support incident investigations and develop root-cause reports.
