Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a data analytics and commercial performance expert to lead incentive compensation design, governance, and field force effectiveness. You will develop metrics, benchmarks, and governance frameworks, and partner with Finance, HR, Compliance and Commercial Leadership.

Responsibilities include designing incentive plans, monitoring payouts, performing scenario analyses, and delivering analytics dashboards to support strategic decisions across the organization.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of incentive compensation models and sales force effectiveness.
• Experience designing territory design, targeting, and segmentation.
• Strong analytics for dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable incentives and resources.
• Experience with governance, data quality, and compliance in commercial ops.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain incentive compensation plans and governance.
• Monitor performance, payouts, and incentive effectiveness with scenario analyses.
• Lead field force sizing, territory design, and coverage optimization.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools for leadership.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, HR, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and audit readiness for incentive processes.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and documentation around incentives.
