Job summary

CoberonChronos seeks a seasoned tech leader to architect and drive the regional expansion of a cutting-edge Enterprise AI Orchestration platform. You will influence the product roadmap and own critical customer integrations while mentoring a growing team.

You will balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, bridging regional needs with global Product/Engineering teams to drive impact and scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or Forward Deployed engineering.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences (engineers to CFOs).
• Proven leadership at Director, VP, or Founder level with a track record of building culture.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Sovereignty: lead early-stage discovery, deliver demos, and navigate architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.
• Hands-on Engineering: ship code, build bespoke integrations, and maintain production quality standards.
