Future Electronics in Madrid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team. You will learn and apply leading-edge semiconductor solutions and provide design support to OEMs across automotive, industrial, medical and other segments.

The role offers intensive training, mentorship by senior engineers and suppliers, and exposure to a global distributor known for its comprehensive supply chain and engineering design expertise.

• Minimum of five years design experience either in the field or with an electronics company.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) we will expose and train you on the portfolio of the world's top semiconductor manufacturers that offer cutting edge technology solutions. You will work with and recommend engineering solutions to original equipment manufacturers across your market segments including automotive, industrial, military, commercial, medical, solid-state lighting and many others.

The prime responsibility of a Generalist Field Applications Engineer (gFAE) is to provide Applications and Design Solutions to the Company’s customer base, utilising previous design and product knowledge gained through education, experience as well as training seminars held by the Manufacturers for which the Company is franchised.
