CNX is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Romanian speaking) to join our onsite Barcelona office. You will manage customer interactions across phone and email, logging all details and delivering timely solutions while maintaining product knowledge.

The role requires Romanian language skills with strong English, and a solid IT familiarity. It offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week), onsite location, training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Romanian and high English proficiency required.
• Good understanding of IT platforms, devices and applications.
• Experience in customer service environments is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email and other channels.
• Log all interactions and provide timely solutions per SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and systems.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to ensure resolution.
