Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Romanian speaking) to join onsite in Barcelona. You will handle customer interactions via phone and email, log activities, and resolve issues within SLAs while staying updated on products and processes.

The role offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week) with a fixed gross salary of €19,623.94 per year plus up to €1,200 gross per year in bonus, and onsite office in Barcelona. Training is provided and career development programs are available.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Romanian and advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings).

What You Will Do in This Role

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
