Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care on-site. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, resolve issues within SLA, and maintain product knowledge for fashion-brand projects.

The role offers a full-time 39-hour week, a structured training program, and bonus opportunities. Fluency in French and strong English are required, with IT basics and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient or bilingual in French with an advanced level of English.
• Strong customer care skills and the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
• Ability to take ownership of calls and progress to resolution or escalate when needed.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats or other alerts and resolve user requests.
• Log call details in call management systems and respond within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications specific to customers and collaborate with Mentor for escalations.
• Understand and comply with project administrative duties.

What you will do in this role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties.
