Joseph Ribkoff designs classic and contemporary garments for fashion-forward women worldwide. The Customer Success Specialist will engage with customers via phone and email, ensuring a world-class service and growing relationships in our Spain region.

You will support orders, inquiries, payments, returns, and reporting while collaborating with Sales Representatives and our CRM system. Fluent English and Spanish are required, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Formación

• 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in fashion.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all incoming calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Process orders and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Sales Representatives in the assigned territory.
• Extract, analyze, and communicate reports to ensure timeliness of delivery of merchandise.
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers and CRM databases.
• Process all returns and exchange orders in a timely manner.
• Keep track and follow up on customer payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Organize and set up payment plans with customers either by phone or correspondence.
• Inventory management of stock and sample collections.
• Coordination of stock and sample transfers to external warehouse, including shipment management and inventory control.
• Procurement and management of office supplies.
• Filing and administration of supplier invoices.
• All other related tasks and ad-hoc projects
