Paloma Wool in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic, organized, and hands-on customer care specialist to support a fast-growing fashion brand. The role requires caring about people, owning the customer experience, and maintaining a thoughtful communications approach.

You will work on returns, exchanges, claims, order updates, and Shopify-related updates within a collaborative, growth-minded team. Based in our Barcelona office, you’ll interact in Spanish and English, with other languages a plus, and

• Experience in customer service; fashion is a plus.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English; other languages welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent daily response rhythm and follow up on ongoing conversations.
• Ensure tickets are handled with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with logistics, product, and e-commerce teams.
• Identify patterns in customer queries and contribute to improving the overall experience.
• Support the team with product-related updates on Shopify (descriptions or basic content adjustments).
• Assist in the preparation and execution of online launches when needed.
