gevekom busca un Facility Manager proactivo para mantener nuestros sitios en Mallorca. Puesto a tiempo completo, en sitio, contacto principal para edificios, zonas verdes, piscina y flota. Garantizarás un entorno de trabajo funcional y cómodo para el equipo.

Se requiere formación técnica o experiencia práctica, habilidades manuales y capacidad de coordinar proveedores externos. Se valora conducción con permiso B. Se ofrece contrato español permanente, herramientas modernas y un equipo de apoyo.

Formación

• Se exige dominio del español a nivel profesional.
• Se valora formación técnica o experiencia práctica en oficios.
• Capacidad de resolver problemas de forma práctica y manual.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener áreas exteriores y jardín; cuidar la piscina y sistemas de agua.
• Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento y reparaciones menores.
• Coordinar y supervisar proveedores externos y empresas de servicios.

You are far more than a traditional caretaker – you are an organizational talent, problem solver, skilled craftsperson, and the reliable go-to contact for our entire team. As a full-time professional on site, you ensure that our buildings, grounds, and vehicles are always in top shape, providing our colleagues with a functional and comfortable working environment every single day.

Your tasks:

• Maintain outdoor and green areas, including general garden and landscape care
• Care for, clean, and monitor the pool system and pool technology regularly
• Carry out general craftwork, maintenance, and small repairs across all buildings and technical installations
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise external service providers and trade companies
• Manage, clean, and organize our company vehicle fleet and handle minor transport or assembly tasks
• Monitor site safety, order, cleanliness, maintenance intervals, and tool inventories while supporting renovations

What you bring:

• Business fluent or professional proficiency in Spanish
• Completed vocational training in a technical/craft trade or comparable practical experience is desirable
• Strong manual skills, technical understanding, and passion for hands‑on problem solving
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style combined with high responsibility
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards colleagues, external partners, and contractors
• Valid category B driving licence
