Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks a Conference and Event Manager for a permanent, full-time role. You will lead end-to-end event planning, managing budgets, venues, and partners, while driving new business in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, and tourism sectors.

Requirements include a degree in event management or related field, 5+ years of experience, strong leadership and multilingual abilities (German, English, Spanish).

• Completed academic degree or vocational qualification in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, project management, and budget management.
• Proficiency in event software, MS Office, project management platforms, and cost control processes.
• Fluent language skills in German, English, and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, flexibility, and leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute event concepts with tight budget monitoring and ROI.
• Coordinate logistics: venue, tech, catering, staff, and external providers.
• Drive proactive sales, acquiring clients and sponsors; negotiate contracts.
• Support strategic development of the events unit with efficient workflows and modern tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and center management to raise brand visibility.

Motorworld Mallorca represents a vibrant destination dedicated to mobility, lifestyle, and driving culture on an 80,000-square-meter site along the MA-19 between Palma and the airport. With ten distinctive conference and event spaces alongside the large Motorworld Mobility Hall, the location hosts diverse formats ranging from intimate meetings of two people to major gatherings of up to 2,000 guests. To shape and lead this dynamic sector, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Conference and Event Manager to join the team in Mallorca.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing event concepts while ensuring rigorous budget monitoring, cost control, and strong ROI.
• Coordinating overall logistics, including venue selection, technical equipment, catering, decoration, staffing, and external service providers.
• Driving proactive sales, acquiring new clients and sponsors across the automotive, luxury goods, lifestyle, and tourism sectors, and conducting contract negotiations.
• Supporting the strategic development of the event department by establishing efficient workflows, standards, and modern project management tools.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, PR, and center management to elevate brand visibility and promote event offerings across multiple channels.

Your profile:

• Completed academic degree or vocational qualification in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
