HERZOG PROJECTS is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for our Mallorca portfolio. You will take independent responsibility for several premium properties, acting as the main contact for clients and owners, with on-site oversight across the portfolio to identify maintenance needs and ensure high‑standard execution.

The role requires strong German, English and Spanish, with proven experience in property or real estate management, and the ability to coordinate vendors, contractors and projects

Formación

• Experience in property or real estate management.
• Technical understanding of building maintenance and residential systems.
• Organized, independent and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Valid Driver’s license (Class B).

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple premium properties across Mallorca.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for property owners and clients.
• Conduct regular property inspections and routine checks.
• Identify, document and track defects, repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate craftsmen and external service providers.
• Oversee minor renovations and modernization projects from start to finish.
• Review vendor quotes while monitoring schedules, budgets and execution quality.
• Document ongoing work and maintain clear owner communication.
• Possibility to head the local branch and team in the future.

HERZOG PROJECTS stands for professional property and project management of high-end real estate in Mallorca. For our office in Paguera, we are looking for a dedicated Property Manager who takes independent responsibility for managing several premium properties and serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. This versatile position combines hands‑on property oversight, client relationship management, technical problem‑solving, and project coordination. Rather than solely working behind a desk, you will be regularly on‑site across our portfolio to identify maintenance needs and ensure high‑standard execution.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently managing multiple high‑end properties across Mallorca
• Serving as the dedicated point of contact for property owners and clients
• Conducting regular property inspections, routine checks, and condition assessments
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, repairs, and maintenance requirements
• Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising craftsmen and external service providers
• Overseeing minor renovation, conversion, and modernization projects from start to finish
• Requesting and reviewing vendor quotes while monitoring schedules, budgets, and execution quality
• Documenting ongoing work, maintaining clear owner communication, and upholding top quality standards
• Stepping into future leadership responsibility with the opportunity to head the local branch and team

Your profile:

• Excellent command of German, English, and Spanish
• Proven experience in property management, real estate management, construction coordination, or a related field
• Solid technical understanding of building maintenance and residential systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with an independent, structured, and solution‑driven approach
• Professional, confident presence with demanding property owners as well as clear assertiveness with contractors
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Valid Class B driver’s license
