Job summary

Bikini Hotel Es Trenc on Mallorca’s south coast is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead all restaurant and bar operations for the NENI concept. You will manage a 35+ strong team, ensure seamless service across all venues, and work closely with the Head Chef and hotel management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and forecasting skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large F&B teams in hotels or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control understanding.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Bold, hands-on leader who can develop managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day F&B operation across all areas.
• Lead and develop an F&B team of 35+ employees with supervisors and Head Chef.
• Plan staffing, schedules and holidays based on occupancy and events.
• Ensure Bikini service standards and NENI franchise standards are met.
• Own the department budget, monitor KPIs and drive revenue and profitability.
