Etex Group is seeking an External Segment Leader (ETICS & Flat Roofs) to define and execute the growth strategy for the insulation division globally, with emphasis in Europe. The role requires steering external segment revenue, market penetration, and cross-functional collaboration across Europe and beyond.

The candidate will lead strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders in a matrix organization, and travel regularly across Europe.

Formación

• Strong experience within ETICS, external insulation and/or flat roofing is a must.
• Ability to drive segment sales performance and business growth across international markets.
• Experience developing and executing commercial/segment growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer buying behaviour and competitor positioning.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the global segment strategy for ETICS and Flat Roof solutions, focused on Europe.
• Own the growth and sales success of the external segment, driving revenue and market penetration.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with country leaders and cross-functional teams to drive execution and commercial excellence.
• Act as the subject matter expert for ETICS, facades, and external insulation systems.
• Drive product development and innovation initiatives translating market trends into differentiated solutions.
