Job summary

CTIcontrol in Murcia seeks an International Sales Junior with at least 2 years of international sales experience to join our Sales Department. We market agricultural technology and equipment for pig and poultry farms in more than 25 countries across 4 continents. We would prefer candidates who live in Murcia or nearby.

This is not a senior role. The position involves visiting farms, attending trade shows, and building long-term relationships with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• University degree required; agriculture or livestock training is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in international sales.
• Spanish and English at advanced level (C1 or above).
• Knowledge of a third language (French, German or Portuguese) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an International Sales Junior with at least 2 years of experience to join our Sales Department.

We market agricultural technology and equipment for pig and poultry farms in more than 25 countries across 4 continents.

We would like candidates who live in MURCIA or nearby Murcia. This is not an offer for a Senior.

The position involves visiting sometimes pig and poultry farms. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who preferably have experience in the agricultural or livestock sector, or who are comfortable carrying out part of their commercial activities in the farming sector. The farming sector is growing significantly in the last years so it offers great opportunities for a international sales career.

The successful candidate will receive full training on our products and on key aspects of the livestock and agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Manage, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors.

Planning and Strategy

• Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify new business and growth opportunities.

International Trade Shows and Events

• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions and business events.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers, distributors and business partners.

Market Feedback and Reporting

• Provide ongoing feedback on market and customer needs to support the development of new products.

Requirements

Education

• University degree.
• Education or training related to agriculture or livestock farming will be considered an advantage.
• Previous commercial experience with agricultural or livestock equipment will also be highly valued.

Languages

• Advanced level of Spanish and English (C1 or above).
• Knowledge of a third language, particularly French, German or Portuguese, will be considered an advantage.

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in international sales.
• Previous experience in the agricultural, livestock or technology sector will be highly valued.
