Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced training managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation tasks. This role involves design, development, and refinement of AI-assisted materials across onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curricula, and assessment rubrics.

The position is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP, and compensation at $70 per hour.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced training managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for training managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.
