Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and organisational development managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows including onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, and skills rubrics.

This fully remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start, paying $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines for AI-generated document workflows.
• Build engagement tracking rubrics and keep them aligned with L&D and people-ops standards.
• Draft and refine preparation materials, training curriculums, and assessment rubrics for AI-assisted outputs.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced learning and organisational development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for learning and organisational development managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

Compensation: $70/hour

Qualifications
