Ethos is seeking experienced operations managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine outputs across capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and forecasting spreadsheets.

The role emphasizes expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, along with strong written communication and attention to detail. Flexible remote engagement available with 5-20 hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for operations managers with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

$70/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
