Job summary

Ethos is a remote-first expert network seeking revenue operations and CRM operations specialists to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, while auditing pipelines and building funnel dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.

This flexible remote role offers 5–20 hours per week (more if desired) at $100 per hour, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own CRM field-mapping schemas and lead-routing logic documents.
• Develop territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, and funnel dashboards.
• Define deduplication rulesets and ensure data quality across systems.

About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced revenue and GTM operations specialists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for revenue operations and CRM operations professionals with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
