Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced works managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own production capacity planning, BOM packages, and quality control processes while delivering high-quality artifacts across multiple core workflows.

This flexible, remote role requires 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management and offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

We're looking for works managers with 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
