Ethos is seeking an experienced people operations manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role offers remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week with a pay rate of $70/hour.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in HR, direct ownership of job descriptions and policy drafting, and superb written communication with attention to detail. ASAP start.

• Prepare candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and track headcount and compensation bands.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced people operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for people operations managers with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers. Compensation: $70/hour Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date: ASAP
