Ethos is seeking experienced K-12 educators to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, parent communications, student progress narratives, and school-improvement documents.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, compensation $80 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit/lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, and conference notes.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve model outputs and maintain high-quality educational materials.

We're looking for K-12 teaching and school leadership professionals with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.

Compensation:

$80/hour
