Allianz Technology is seeking an Expert Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and release Flutter-based mobile applications for iOS and Android, and to maintain Angular-based web apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions and ensure compliance with best practices across the SDW stack.

You will use AI coding assistants daily, review code, and stay current with industry trends while applying modern design patterns and scalable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Mobile App Developer with Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Ability to release and manage apps in Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong Angular experience for web applications.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot backend.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and RESTful APIs.
• Git for version control and code reviews.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development practices.

About The Job

As an Expert Mobile App Developer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing mobile applications with the Flutter framework across the iOS and Android platforms for our partner projects, including building, releasing, and managing those applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as maintaining and developing Angular-based web applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, performant, and secure solutions that follow best practices. Additionally, you will operate with AI as a force multiplier, using AI coding assistants daily and integrating AI/ML capabilities to enhance application functionality and drive innovation across the SDW stack.

What You Do

• Design, develop, and release mobile applications with the Flutter framework across the iOS and Android platforms for our partner projects.
• Build, release, and manage applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Maintain and develop Angular-based web applications.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in mobile and web development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Use AI as a force multiplier—use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for development, testing, documentation, and code review, and integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI‑enhanced UX) into applications across the SDW stack.
• Expert in enterprise application design, with the ability to initiate and apply up‑to‑date design patterns and effectively present solutions to all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7 years of experience as a Mobile App Developer, with strong proficiency in the Flutter framework and the iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of how to release and manage applications in the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
• Very good expertise in Angular, able to maintain and develop Angular‑based applications.
• Experience with back‑end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision‑making.
• Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
• Strong capability to critically review AI‑generated results, challenge outputs when needed, and take accountability for AI‑driven outcomes.
