Allianz Technology is seeking an Expert Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain comprehensive web applications supporting partner projects. You will work across front-end and back-end components, optimize performance, and ensure security, while embedding AI capabilities to enhance functionality.

The role requires 7 years of hands-on experience with Angular/React/Vue.js, Java/Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and RESTful APIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Operate across the full stack with AI as a force multiplier — use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, and API development; generate tests, write documentation, and conduct AI-assisted code reviews as a matter of routine.
• Expert in enterprise application design, with the ability to initiate and apply up-to-date design patterns and effectively present solutions to all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
• Fluent daily use ofAI coding assistants(GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
• Strong capability to critically review AI-generated results, challenge outputs when needed, and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
