Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a senior PR leader to oversee strategy and execution for Avani and nhow brands across Europe and the Americas. The role reports to the VP of PR and Communications and collaborates with markets, hotel teams and global agencies.

You will develop annual PR plans, manage budgets, and lead international media campaigns, press trips and content creation to elevate brand visibility. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PR or lifestyle/consumer-brand communications, preferably in hospitality.
• International experience highly valued.
• Experience developing and executing global PR and social media plans for brands.
• Experience in PR and social media for hotel brands in franchise models would be valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual PR plans and ongoing strategy for Avani and nhow brands across markets.
• Manage international PR agencies and press relations, including campaigns, trips and coverage reporting.
• Organise media events, calls and journalist visits; build relationships with international media.
• Identify PR opportunities and sponsorships benefiting brands across Europe and LATAM.
