Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite, seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. You will manage complex itineraries with strong GDS proficiency and a focus on personalised travel experiences.

The role requires experience in premium travel, hospitality, or luxury customer service, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced contact centre where productivity and CSAT coexist. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel or luxury segments.
Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).
Exceptional communication skills with a polished, discreet style.
Ability to stay calm, decisive and solutions-focused under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel (air, hotel, transport, bespoke requests).
Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences and company policy.
Handle urgent and high-impact travel disruptions quickly and accurately.
Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
Balance premium service delivery with KPIs such as productivity and SLA adherence.
Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance elite service culture.
