Sandoz is seeking a Senior Manager Executive Rewards to lead governance, reporting, and analytics for board and executive compensation. You will coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and external providers to ensure IFRS-compliant disclosures and timely audit-ready materials.

The role requires strong finance experience in multinational settings, fluency in English, and adept project management. It offers a global platform within a growing, transformation phase at Sandoz in Madrid.

Formación

• Finance qualification required; MBA or postgraduate in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of HR/rewards preferred but not essential.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German and/or French desirable.
• Finance or Accounting experience in complex, international companies.
• Knowledge of SEC and IFRS regulations surrounding Executive Compensation is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills; demonstrated project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Governance and Compliance: develop systems to compile and deliver compensation data for disclosures.
• Consolidate and filter reportable payroll, equity, and benefits data for EC & BoD FY compensation.
• Prepare data for compensation reports, notes, and disclosures; contribute to writing.
• Partner with Finance, IR, Legal and external providers for annual reports and say-on-pay.
• Ensure coordination on EC & Board compensation across functions.
• Data validation and detailed calculations for internal and external reporting.
• Manage relationships with statutory auditors and provide supporting documentation.
• Apply IFRS; simplify processes; align with FRA and Legal.
• Prepare compensation report submissions for the Board.
• Document processes using process mapping for Compensation Committee.
• Fully integrates Executive Committee compensation with external reporting simulations; support EC annual performance review.
• Collaborates with Finance to consolidate KPIs for reporting of performance.
• Global compensation team: integrate as part of rewards; year-end tasks for EC & SLT; support analytics.
