Sandoz Iberia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust to provide strategic and operational support on EU and global competition law matters. You will partner with business, public affairs and regulatory teams to enable compliant commercial strategies and risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities include advising on antitrust issues, managing investigations and enforcement, and developing compliance programs.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with LL.M. in competition law.
• English fluency essential; another language preferred.
• Strong academic record in competition law.
• Experience in competition law at law firms, in-house or regulators.
• Ability to analyze complex competition law issues and advise the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence and negotiate.
• Resilient under pressure and client-focused.
• Professional and culturally sensitive ethics.
• Change agility.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central contact for competition law; provide EU/global advice.
• Support commercial activities within competition rules.
• Instruct/external counsel when needed.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs and other teams on policy developments.
• Manage investigations by authorities; coordinate internal investigations.
• Support dawn raids and inspections.
• Promote culture of antitrust compliance through training.
• Develop and improve antitrust compliance programs.
• Monitor developments in competition law and brief lawyers.
