Sandoz is seeking a Senior Manager Executive Rewards to lead governance, reporting, and analytics for board and executive compensation. You will coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and external providers to ensure IFRS-compliant disclosures and timely audit-ready materials.
The role requires strong finance experience in multinational settings, fluency in English, and adept project management. It offers a global platform within a growing, transformation phase at Sandoz in Madrid.

As Senior Manager Executive Rewards, you’ll be accountable for financial reporting and accounting of board and executive compensation that is audited and published in the compensation report, the notes to the financial statements of Sandoz Group AG and other corporate reports (AGM presentations, say-on-pay, investor presentations, proxy advisor platforms), also you’ll be accountable for the instalment of Board fees, provide Executive Rewards analytics, and develop Global rewards governance and policies.
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
