Job summary

NCC Group in Madrid seeks an Executive Principal Consultant to lead high-end Red Team engagements and guide the broader Red Teaming practice. You will oversee engagements end-to-end, mentor junior consultants, and communicate complex findings to C-level stakeholders.

You will contribute to tooling, methodologies, and capability development while representing NCC Group in client-facing engagements across mature risk environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of the adversary lifecycle and TTPs.
• Knowledge of evasion techniques and bypassing controls (EDR/EPP).
• Proven stakeholder engagement with technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent written English and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute advanced Red Team engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
• Present findings to clients and C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales/pre-sales when needed.
