Job summary

DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Red Team Lead (AVP) to lead adversarial testing of AI platforms and applications, identifying exploitable weaknesses and strengthening security controls. You will partner with engineering to remediate, retest, and close gaps while advancing AI security capabilities.

The role emphasizes developing red-team methodology, testing AI use cases, and staying ahead of AI threats, including prompt injection and data exfiltration, within a hybrid security environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of offensive security, penetration testing, application security, or vulnerability research experience, with recent hands‑on testing of AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop the firm’s AI red-team methodology and testing standards.
• Test for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, RAG manipulation, and agent/tool abuse.
• Conduct adversarial testing of material AI use cases before production.
• Provide risk-rated findings and actionable remediation guidance.
• Track emerging AI attack techniques and incorporate them into testing.
