NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct‑to‑Consumer seeks a Madrid-based Senior Legal Counsel with strong IP and broadcasting regulatory background. You will handle contracting, regulatory compliance, and cross‑border advice across Iberia and EMEA, coordinating with global teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a Master’s in IP or AV Law is preferred. The role offers hybrid work options and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Qualified to practise law in Spain with 5+ years’ post‑graduation legal experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of contracts for Iberia and the wider EMEA business.
• Advise on broadcast regulation and regulatory policy, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with authorities (CNMC, AVMS registry) to ensure compliance.
• Advise internal stakeholders on programming rights and restrictions.
• Supervise and train junior legal staff in Madrid.
