Sanoma Learning in Madrid invites a Junior Legal Advisor specialized in Intellectual Property to join our Legal team on a permanent contract. You will support IP matters, commercial contracts, and digital/tech initiatives, with a focus on Spain and Italy and cross-border matters.

You will work under senior lawyers, developing autonomy while contributing to contracts, licensing, and technology projects in an international educational-digital environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law (Spanish Law) required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional legal experience with IP matters.
• Advanced English essential for international environment.
• Master's or postgraduate IP qualification is valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide IP-related legal support for editorial, educational, and digital content.
• Draft, review, and negotiate rights acquisition, assignment, and licensing agreements.
• Provide contractual legal support to Editorial, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Technology, and Operations.
• Draft and review services, SaaS, development, maintenance, and supplier contracts.
• Support AI and emerging tech projects and assess IP implications.
