Gartner, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Community Program Manager to lead C-level executive communities, recruit members, and drive engagement through strategic programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and serve as host or MC for live events several times a year.

The role emphasizes relationship building, program development, and data-driven improvement, with a focus on delivering high-impact experiences for Gartner's C-level members while partnering with marketing and content teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required.
• Business-to-business experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience building strong client relationships and delivering strategic insights.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives using Gartner best practices.
• Foster relationships with community member executives and understand their priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute in-person and virtual programs.
• Travel about 4 times per year as host or MC for events.
• Partner with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
