Volkswagen Group Services invites you to join Volkswagen Digital:Hub in Valencia as an Executive Assistant within our IT Software Development team. This role blends administrative excellence with data analysis, cross-team coordination, and SAP-driven processes.

Based in Valencia with a hybrid model, you will support management, drive process improvements, and coordinate office operations for a dynamic, global tech environment that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced level in English and Spanish (B2+).
• Familiarity with SAP: Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Invoicing.
• Availability to visit the Barcelona office at least once a week.

Responsibilities

• Support management: prepare presentations, collect and visualize data, create analyses.
• Define and run improvement projects as executive assistant; create reports and policies.
• Coordinate the Digital:HUB office, activities and partners/suppliers.
• Handle SAP processes for the HUB: purchase orders, requests, invoicing.
• Respond to customer requests with high professionalism.
• Enable remote-first work: streamline purchasing, logistics, and meeting support.
• Support Digital:HUB communications and events; schedule and logistics.
• Organize travel arrangements and travel expense management.
