Sani/Ikos Group Mallorca is seeking an Executive Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas.

You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, monitor quality, manage inventory, handle guest requests, and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

This permanent, on-site role offers a stable career path within a luxury hotel group with accommodation support.

Formación

• Experience managing housekeeping in luxury hotels or resorts.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping employees to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and implement improvements to maintain exceptional standards.

Inventory & Supplies: Manage housekeeping inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and timely procurement.

Guest Service & Coordination: Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally, coordinating with other departments as needed.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational policies in all housekeeping activities.

About you

You have previous experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts, along with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You possess knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling. Finally, you demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
