Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time dashboards to identify exceptions in order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
• Investigate root causes of exceptions, including data, system, or process issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse ops, customer service, and IT to implement solutions.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for critical exceptions to minimize disruption.
• Document exception details, resolution steps, and impact for reference.
• Analyze recurring patterns and suggest preventative measures and system enhancements.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and external partners as needed.
• Adhere to data handling and operational policies.
