Job summary

You bring hands-on experience in trading operations, strong market understanding, and data skills. The role supports a hybrid model with flexible hours, including an evening shift to maintain 24/7
Qualifications
- Experience in trading operations or similar area; trader certificate is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, equities or cryptocurrencies.
- Ability to identify problems and solve them quickly or escalate when needed.
- Great data investigation skills with Excel; SQL or databases a plus; Bloomberg/Refinitiv experience welcome.
Responsibilities
- Deep-dive into and quick understanding of Bitpanda's financial products, trading and hedging systems.
- Handle market alerts and execute OTC trades & blockchain transactions.
- Perform daily settlement and reconciliation of trades.
- Monitor hedging and trading activity and maintain risk parameter settings; act as first line of defence.
- Proactively document and improve processes and suggest system developments.
