Wallbox seeks a Customer Project Manager in Barcelona to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction across its AC and DC charging solutions. You will own key onboarding activities, drive deployments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value from day one.

With 3–5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles, you will manage large accounts, build trusted relationships, and identify growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts.
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills.
• Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions.
• Familiarity with public tender processes and large contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding, training, and initial deployment support.
• Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC/DC products.
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for key accounts: CPOs, fleets, utilities, municipalities, resellers.
• Drive customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and manage escalations with Support and Service teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services to ensure transitions and long-term success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.
• Track milestones and manage risks to meet quality objectives.
