Wallbox Chargers in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead post-sale deployment of AC and DC charging solutions. You will manage milestones, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure CSAT by aligning customer requirements with installation delivery.

The role covers onboarding, training, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Services, and Field Support to ensure successful deployments at scale across critical ecosystems such as data centers.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-Sales, or Project Management).
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills.
• Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions, ideally in energy or mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical project onboarding, including customer training, technical documentation, and initial deployment roadmap execution.
• Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC products.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for key accounts: CPOs, fleets, utilities, municipalities, resellers.
• Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) by showing resilience and leadership in escalation management and resolving critical incidents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term success.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Validation) to ensure project feasibility and execution.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timing objectives.
