Edwards Lifesciences in Europe is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to shape the strategy for referrer engagement across European markets, advancing diagnosis and referral pathways for aortic stenosis. You will own the CATALYST program strategy, partner with country marketing and field teams to remove referral barriers, and develop HCP education programs in coordination with Medical Affairs.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement and the ongoing evolution of the CATALYST program and related diagnosis and referral pathway initiatives.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap to support earlier, higher-quality referrals through engagement with referring healthcare professionals.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial field teams to identify referral barriers and translate insights into actionable engagement strategies.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies, including educational sessions, referral events, and digital programs.
• Lead development of account activation approaches, enabling local teams to identify priority stakeholders and bottlenecks in referral pathways.
