Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for earlier, higher-quality referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial teams to identify referral barriers and strategize engagement.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across a matrixed European organization.
