Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Leader to shape the European strategy and drive referrer engagement for HCPs across markets. You will own the CATALYST program roadmap, partner with country marketing teams, and develop education initiatives in collaboration with Medical Affairs to improve referral pathways.

Formación

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field with significant Therapy Development experience.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap to support earlier, higher-quality referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and field teams to identify referral barriers and translate insights into engagement strategies.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies, including educational sessions and referral events.
• Lead account activation approaches to identify stakeholders and pathway improvements.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop HCP education programs and faculty engagement.
• Coordinate across a matrixed European organization to ensure alignment and execution.
• Define and monitor program success measures with the associate marketing manager.
• Manage cross-functional projects, external agencies and program budgets.
