Job summary

Quince is seeking an experienced SEO Manager for the UK & EU to own organic search strategy across European markets. You will translate global standards into local execution, identifying market-specific needs and driving AI-driven discovery and structured data initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with storefront, copywriting, merchandising, growth marketing, engineering and data to build a scalable, localised SEO program while advancing regional growth and market launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, ideally in ecommerce/retail or consumer brands
• Experience running SEO across multiple countries or languages
• Strong knowledge of crawl/indexing, site architecture, structured data
• Content strategy, keyword research, briefing writers
• Practical exposure to AEO and entity management
• Comfort with data tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush)
• Excellent English communication and async collaboration
• Biased toward shipping and owning initiatives without large teams

Responsibilities

• Own the UK/EU SEO & AEO strategy and market-level roadmap
• Collaborate with the global SEO team and adapt it for European markets
• Drive AI overviews and generative search presence with structured data
• Localise content to meet genuine local search demand, not just translated US terms
• Own international search architecture: hreflang, URLs, canonical, indexation
• Shape storefront taxonomy, navigation, on-site search, and PLP structure
• Coordinate with growth marketing to optimize paid/organic impact
• Define readiness checklists for new market launches and ensure live, search-ready storefronts
• Produce market-level organic reporting and executive updates
