Sunstar is seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Manager to lead integrated demand and supply planning across Europe. The role combines market demand, inventory strategy, operational purchasing, and inbound freight, reporting to regional leadership and guiding four direct reports.

You will collaborate with commercial, operations, and global supply chain teams in a complex, international setting. You will establish cross-functional planning governance, drive the S&OP process, and enable timely

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Five years of experience leading S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Five years of regional inventory management experience, with a record of strategic implementation.
• Five to ten years of experience in operational purchasing, including PO placement and inbound freight coordination.
• Experience coordinating product launches and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
• International planning experience.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Own European Integrated Business Planning and S&OP governance and processes.
• Lead monthly Demand Review and Supply Review aligning commercial and operational requirements.
• Provide planning insights, performance reporting, and cross-functional recommendations.
• Drive planning-process improvements, governance, and systems across Europe.
• Manage consolidated European demand and supply plan across markets.
• Coordinate POs and inbound freight to central distribution and monitor supplier performance.
