Starr Insurance is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and business planning across Europe. You will lead performance analysis for branches, countries and products, and support executive reporting and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong governance, financial modelling and the ability to influence decisions with rigorous analysis. English proficiency is preferred and experience across multiple European jurisdictions is valued.

Formación

• 7+ years in finance with 3+ years FP&A in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in management reporting and business planning.
• Experience supporting executive teams and regional management.
• Exposure to multinational and multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Experience driving budgeting, forecasting, QBRs and performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Manage European budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Lead financial performance analysis across branches, country and product profitability reviews.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and management reporting.
• Develop business cases, scenario analysis and strategic financial insights.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls and management information across Europe.
• Act as liaison between European leadership and the London finance function.
• Support growth initiatives, organisational changes and strategic projects across the region.
